We invite you to the 15th edition of the private and role balanced tango meeting La Cita de los Amigos which will take place in Brussels on 17th to 19th December 2021. The particiation fee is set at 135 euros.

We are so glad that we finally will be able to meet again in person in the magic church.
In the current COVID situation, the following governmental measures apply:
In Belgium, our kind of event is now possible without masks and distance but under some conditions.
1. Complete COVID vaccination with 2 doses or proof of recovery from covid under the last 6 monthes (COVID SAFE TICKET or corresponding international QR code). Please note that your last vaccination must be at last 15 days before the event.
2. Control of identity and corresponding QR codes at the entrance.
Important: As PCR tests are only valid 48h and quicktests 24h, we unfortunately have to exclude this possibility as our event will last for three days!
We will provide hydroalcoholic solutions and the air in the church will be measured for CO2 concentration and be renewed in intervals.
Let’s all work together for a safe event!
MEALS:
There will be no dinner for this edition! The restaurant offer is excellent in the area.
We will propose a larger buffet for the brunch.
The schedule will be slightly adapted with an evening break.
ACCOMODATION:
There will be no offer for shared dormitory, except for the helper team.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation from our side:
In case the event must be cancelled, i. ex. if the venue or the government would impose stricter rules rendering the event impossible, 22% (30 euros) will be kept to cover the costs already engaged.
Cancellation from your side:
If you have to cancel for health reasons, we will refund the marathon fee except 22 % (30 euros), 105 euros will be sent back to you, only if we receive a medical certificate to justify the cancellation, and only if we receive the information of your cancellation before Thursday 16th December at 12am.
