Invitation to the next Winter Edition of La Cita de los Amigos in Brussels 17|18|19.12.2021

Dear Amigos,

We invite you to the 15th edition of the private and role balanced tango meeting La Cita de los Amigos which will take place in Brussels on 17th to 19th December 2021. The particiation fee is set at 135 euros.

La Cita de Los Amigos Winter Edition!

Private registrations start on 19th of October 2021 via this website.

We are so glad that we finally will be able to meet again in person in the magic church.
In the current COVID situation, the following governmental measures apply:
In Belgium, our kind of event is now possible without masks and distance but under some conditions.
1. Complete COVID vaccination with 2 doses or proof of recovery from covid under the last 6 monthes (COVID SAFE TICKET or corresponding international QR code). Please note that your last vaccination must be at last 15 days before the event.
2. Control of identity and corresponding QR codes at the entrance.
Important: As PCR tests are only valid 48h and quicktests 24h, we unfortunately have to exclude this possibility as our event will last for three days!
We will provide hydroalcoholic solutions and the air in the church will be measured for CO2 concentration and be renewed in intervals.
Let’s all work together for a safe event!
MEALS:
There will be no dinner for this edition! The restaurant offer is excellent in the area.
We will propose a larger buffet for the brunch.
The schedule will be slightly adapted with an evening break.
ACCOMODATION:
There will be no offer for shared dormitory, except for the helper team.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation from our side:
In case the event must be cancelled, i. ex. if the venue or the government would impose stricter rules rendering the event impossible, 22% (30 euros) will be kept to cover the costs already engaged.
Cancellation from your side:
If you have to cancel for health reasons, we will refund the marathon fee except 22 % (30 euros), 105 euros will be sent back to you, only if we receive a medical certificate to justify the cancellation, and only if we receive the information of your cancellation before Thursday 16th December at 12am.

Dear Amigos,

We invite you to the 14th edition of the private and role balanced tango meeting La Cita de los Amigos which will take place in Brussels on the 13th to the 15th December 2019.

La Cita de Los Amigos Winter Edition!

As there are only 300 spots available, our helper team included, this time we introduce a slightly modified scheme of registrations with a closing date on the 17th July 2019. Better be fast with your registrations as places are sparse!

Private registrations start on the 3rd – ending 17th July 2019 via this website.

There will be a wooden dancing floor and seating inside the chapel. Brunches and dinners with a selection of finest wines and Belgian beer. One particularity of the event is the home cooking from fresh ingredients, always with alternative options for people with food allergies.

As usual we will make an all-inclusive participation package which means that there will be an open bar and you won’t need to bring any extra cash!

And, to have you closer to the event, we will open again the on-site sleeping places in the modern lofts and the big dormitory. Let’s go for this ultimate sound and dancing experience amigos!

Palace Tango Cita and next events in 2019

Dear Amigos,

We were very happy with the outcome of the Palace Tango Cita which took place in Brussels at the end of March. As we had a very packed Winter Edition, the idea was to propose an additional shrinked mini version of La Cita in between the bigger Citas and to place it into a new smaller venue. This venue is actually our regular milonga in Brussels where we organise once a month the Palace Milonga. If you happen to be in Brussels during one of our regular Palace Milongas, just drop in!
